The France international and out going Barcelona foodball star , Ousmane Dembele , feels disappointed following a contract offer from Chelsea FC of England . The cup winner may reconsider staying back at his present club , Barcelona . According to rwports , the winger will be out of contract at the end of the month , he has been linked with top flight clubs like PSG , Arsenal , Chelsea and others , but Barcelona would like to keep him back at Camp Nou following the contract offer from Chelsea to the world cup winner is less than what he earns at Camp Nou , Dembele and his representative is hoping for a better offer elsewhere
