Entertainment Manchester United were on high spirit yesterday 22 August 2022 , at home against Liverpool . The match ended two goals to one in favour of the Reds . Jadon Sancho scored the opener , and he was assisted by Anthony Elanga , sancho calmly placed the ball at the left corner of the net . The second goal was scored by Marcus Rashford in the second half of the game , Anthony Matial made a run from the center half and he place the pass for Rashford which he made it the second goal by beaten the Liverpool goalkeeper , Anyson , to make it the second for manchester United . Liverpool got a consolation goal from Mo Salla . it was a trilling encounter , and it is the Manchester United first win of the season .
